KANASA WEDDING offers pre-wedding photography and wedding films in Okinawa.
Laughing together at the water's edge, a quiet touch of hands, the look when your eyes meet. We capture the moments you will hold dear, in the light and scenery of this island, in both photos and film.
All prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. Hair, makeup and outfits are not included.
One person shoots both, so your photos and your film come out with the same mood.

Outfits and hair and makeup are not included in the plans. Bring your own outfits or rent from our partner shop. For hair and makeup, we can introduce artists we recommend.
You can bring any outfits you like. To rent, please contact our partner shop Waym (@waym_okinawa) directly.
If you would like hair and makeup, we can introduce Okinawa-based artists we recommend.
Okinawa's wind, humidity and heat can undo a hairstyle quickly, so we recommend an artist who stays with you during the shoot for touch-ups.
We are unable to accept requests for a specific artist. We introduce an artist based on availability for your date.
Send us your preferred date and any questions. We will let you know if the date is available.
If the date is open, we hold it for about one week. From here we talk on our official LINE account and set a date for the meeting.

Once you have checked the details, your booking is confirmed with the ¥10,000 deposit. Ask us anything about outfits or hair and makeup before the day.

Please pay the balance within two weeks after the shoot. Your photos and film arrive about six weeks after the shoot.
If a typhoon or heavy rain is expected, we will contact you by the day before to cancel the shoot. A cancelled shoot can be rescheduled to a date that works for both of us.
Okinawa's weather changes quickly and forecasts are often wrong. When it is hard to judge, we decide together whether to go ahead.
Booking a backup day (¥11,000) makes it easy to move to the next day or another date. If you book hair and makeup, there is a separate hair and makeup fee for the backup day.
Photos and film are delivered as digital files via Google Drive, about six weeks after the shoot. Every photo is color-corrected.
If you are in a hurry, choose express delivery (about 3 weeks). DVDs are mailed within one week after the digital delivery.
There is no cancellation fee when a shoot is postponed or cancelled because of the weather. However, if we cannot find another date and the shoot is called off, the ¥10,000 deposit is non-refundable.
After our meeting, please check the shoot details. Your booking is confirmed when the ¥10,000 deposit is paid. The balance is due within two weeks after the shoot.
Payment is by bank transfer to a Japanese bank account. We will send the account details after the meeting.
On the day, the photographer and the couple travel separately, so please arrange a car. Pick-up by rental car is available for an additional fee.
Some locations charge a permit fee, which is paid by the couple at cost. Shoots on remote islands include travel, transport and accommodation costs.

Weekend and holiday shoots are ¥11,000 extra, and some locations charge a permit fee. Outfit and hair and makeup prices vary with what you choose and the hours.
If rain or bad weather makes shooting difficult, we will contact you by the day before to cancel. If the weather is hard to predict, we decide together whether to go ahead.
